ePlans.ca offers full plan modification services to our clients!

 

Any plan listed on this website can be modified!

The amount of design modification or changes would be determined by our in-house Design Team on review of your proposed changes.

Keep in mind that some requested changes could effect the structure of the home and may have to be referred to an structural engineer. That is not included within our scope of modification work.

 

Your first step is simply to choose a stock plan to start with! Then...

1. Decide what changes you would like and itemize them.
2. Your list of changes can be submitted through our contact form for review OR you may print out any floorplan/elevation from the site, mark your changes on the floorplan and fax it to us at 250.562.0636. We recommend an itemized list with corresponding numbers on the floorplan.
3. We will respond to your request promptly with an estimate of time and cost to fulfill your design/plan changes.
4. Once you approve, your file will be assigned to a Designer and a deposit toward designing will be required. The amount of the deposit will be specified to you on your plan design change quote.
